How We Do It
Shipping times, and price will vary based on the items purchased as our items are fulfilled by different centers. All shipping cost and expected arrival dates will be shown at check out.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Changed your mind?
Our return policy allows returns for any item and any reason as long as all tags are attached, there are no signs of wear, and it is not considered a "personal item", (items we consider personal are bathing suits, underclothes/lingerie, beauty tools/accessories, makeup, headwear, and socks).
All returns must be initiated by the customer within 7 days from delivery. We will then email you a label to return the item. Once you have shipped the item, please send an email showing the receipt from the shipper.
Once your item is received and inspected to ensure a valid return, we will refund your original payment method within 72 hours. Please keep in mind it may take anywhere from 2-14 days to receive your refund as once we issue it the rest falls on your financial institution.
All return requests MUST have the name of the customer, order number, contact info, and reason for return. Otherwise, it will be considered an invalid request and our team will not respond. If a proper request is received you may expect a response from our team within 48 business hours.
